Fermentation tube is a flat mouth and round bottom tube with a narrow and short diameter. Fermentation tube is an utensil for detecting the fermentation of microorganisms such as yeast and bacteria and generating other gas-es. It is a U-shaped tube with a closed end that can read the gas generated. This method is simple and not suitable for accurate determination of fermentation intensity. It has the advantage of collecting the generated gas to obtain analytical samples.
