Features and Applications:
HBE-M414N is a submerged arc hardfacingweld wire cooperate withsoldering flux.Performance welding process andeasily removed slag. The addition elements of Cr, Mo and V refines resistance to temper-softening and obtain stable hardness. Ensure the temperature ofroller is up to 250℃-350℃.
Used on hardfacing of conticaster rollers, alloy-steel rollerand plunger.
Notes:
1. Remove the fatigue wear and heat the roller before welding.
2. Keep wires dry before using.
3. Recommended current (DCEP),wire to be incontact with the positive pole.
