[Water]Rock spring water is better: mountain spring water, mineral water, purified water

Best Brewing Method

2.Put in suitable amount of tea. Usually you can put 3 to 5 gram of black tea in one cup. The amount may be varied according to necessity. If you brew tea in teapots, then put in tea in proportion to the water.
3.Make tea with boiling water. After the second step, pour in boiling water over the tea. Better use white porcelain cups for top-grade black tea for the sake of observing the color.
