Inclined Circular Vibrating Screen

Circular vibrating screens are flexible drive screens, work on the ejection principle and execute a circular movement.
Main Function: Classification, Grading, Screening, Sizing, Raw Coal Screening…
Areas of Application:
1. From fine to large separation sizes up to approx. 300 mm.
2. For dry and wet processing
3. Building materials, industrial minerals, salts
4. Ores, Mining
5. Coal and steel industry
6. Recycling industry.
Feature:
1. Connecting by ring-grooved rivets, hard deformation, stronger than welding.
2. Low Impact: Low vibration transfer to surrounding structure
3. Side plate's material is Q235A or Q245A, thickness can be 8~10 mm.
4. Screen surface must have angle (0~20°), then it will do better during screening.
