PE plastic pipe production line
Main advantages:
1.Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticization at low temperature and high extrusion output.
2.Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC65-68, which can have a long use life.
3.The most advantaged spiral head die or lattice die head , precision mouth mould ,core mould and calibration sleeve.The head mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PP/PE/PPR pipe.
4.High automatic level . The plastic pipe production line is controlled by PLC (touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit ,cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.
5.High output main extruder , equipped with a small extruder for making colorful marking lines.
6.High efficiency vacuum forming calibration, Vacuum calibration is one of the main methods for plastics pipes sizing. The purpose is : one is to get the accurate geometry,the other is to make the plastics to be pressed density along the pipes walls.
7.We can offer different types of haul-off units according to the pipes' diameters :Two-claw haul-off, three claws , four claws etc.
8.The plastic pipe production line is assembled with different types of cutters according to the pipes' raw material and specifications, which includes saw cutter, Planetary cutting machine and dustless cutter .
9.Microcumpter control with famous brand PLC and touching screen
Our engineers can make design of the model machine to be suitable for your required material , such as HDPE, PP. The normal model will de diameter range from 16mm to 800mm.
