1.Press in metal locking device(near bottom of cylindrical part of cookie press)while pulling top knob.
2.Unscrew bottom ring to insert dough into cylinder of cookie press.
3.Insert selected cookie disc into ring and screw back on tightly.
4.Press the handle until piston shaft touches dough inside.Holding upright and steady,place.cookie press against baking pan and squeeze handle once.Remove and repeat for additional coolies.
5.For ues with icing,follow same steps #1.#3 using a decorating nozzle with ring.To eject icing,slowly press down top button of piston shaft as you decorate.
