(1) Slowly stirring.
(2) Cooling the oil to about 4~6°C within a given period, and forming larger crystals.
(3) Separating and filtering to obtain liquid oil and solid oil.
After winterization, the oil needs to be not turbid for 5.5h at 0°C and can maintains transparency and liquidity in the refrigerator, improving oil quality and appearance.
