For raw materials with heavy which is above 12%, you need to install a dryer before further processing. This Air Current Type dryercan reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time.
The Coast of this Air Current dryer is much lower than Rotary dryer.
Sawdust dryer is professionlly designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. Sawdust dryer has advantage of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintainance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angel which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.
Regarding YXS-I and YXS-II Type dryer (with one stove), it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20%-25%. Sawdust reduce the MS to 8%-12% one drying time.
All of round places can be adjusted to any angel of 360centigrade degree according to operation request. Clients can change the angel of driers base on the production field.
