2:working principles of coal ash dryer :
the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeableangles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow andchanged into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then thematerials would be dryed.
3:Advantages of coal ash dryer:
it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if the humidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less offuel.
