1.To Remove the rust of inner wall with steel shot polishing machine
2.To heat the galvanized steel pipe to approx.130° with electrothermal furnace . To turn the galvanized steel pipe to the platform and convey the steel pipe into the position of camping , steel is tight.
3.To insert the glue PE pipe into the galvanized steel pipe by tractor
4.To cut off the two ends of pe pipes with saw cutting, the ends are flush.
5.To fill into the gas inside the pipes with air compressor , when it reaches the needed air pressure and stops then exits.
Extruding pe pipe (wall thickness 1.2—1.5mm), at the same on the pe pipe to glue the heat melting glue ,then cooling , to heat the steel pipe with induction heating apparatus electricity about 100Kw, then insert into the pe pipe by manual , to put into the electrothermal furnace to heat for 50 minutes, to fill into the gas inside the pe pipe with air compressor to make the pe pipe soft and inflated and be bonded with galvanized pipe together .
