Ramie packing with graphite is made from ramie fiber and special processed with graphite flakes. It is used in a medium hard packing which is lubricated and graphite throughout extremely low frictional characteristics where minimum shaft wear is essential. Rot resistant and ideal for marine use, handling cold water, brine and cold oils, dynamic sealing.
