1. General Description     

    For the automatic control system for water injection station at present, because there are not any effective tools for accurate monitoring and controlling the energy consumption both inside and outside the station. An optimizing software of systematical economic operation is not used to establish a standard control template, therefore the node data of key energy consumption (such as a big size flow meter calibration on line, torque of motor pump, loss of pipe network, etc.) of the system is by no means to readout accurately, the node efficiency is by no means to be monitored, there are in short of energy consumption detection and a system for monitoring economic operation of the water injection system and the single consumption of the water injection system is hard to be reduced.

    In order to perfect the automatic monitoring system of water injection station, MD801 Automatic Control System for An Economic Operation of Water Injection Station is Developed. The MD801 Automatic Control System is composed of a 2 stages of networks. One is local network, its main task is transfer the main station data of the central control room from the joint station to the data management center through the local network for data sharing with resources; the second stage network is bus-bar of PLG data, it is used for contacting the computers in the central control room with subassemblies and for data transmission of each detecting unit on the pump, by real-time detecting overall electric energy parameters of motor input inside the water injection station, the output torque velocity of motor axis, inlet pressure of water injecting pump, main pipeline pressure of the injecting station and pump inlet flow data, the water injecting station and pump inlet flow data, the water injecting equipment and injecting system and the performance and efficiency are evaluated for a simulation calculation of the pipe network system. Based on the template of economic operation, the optimized operation of the water injecting system is implemented. The injecting station is reconstructed by integral energy saving and optimization. The standard of optimized economic operation is obtained for the water injecting station.


2. Basic Principle

    The systematical reconstruction of energy saving and economic operation of the integral water injecting station is to implement the field data acquisition, automatic detection of remote visualization of multi-node energy saving and consumption reduction, the automatic and optimized monitoring of pump main pipeline pressure difference, automatic regulation of parameters, automatic warning of water tank spilling, record, statement generation, printing and operation protection, by using the software foundation "the standardized system of Economic Operating of Oilfield Water Injection System" and based on the technique of electronic maps a complete diagram of systems and equipment node distributing of the whole station are developed, a complete method for multi-node monitoring is established. Based on time system, the electric energy of the motor input node, flow rate and pressure both of pump inlet and outlet and node main pipeline pressure and flow rate of injecting station are determined, an electric statement is used to indicate the determined nodes of water distributing station and the electronic data of main pipeline pressure, oil pressure and flow rate of the single well node of the whole water injecting station. A software system is established for an integral statistics analysis, simulating calculation, systematical evaluation and economic operation, in which a software, hardware are combined with monitoring, statistics, simulation, evaluation and optimized operation. Through a standard economic operating template, the management of daily energy saving in production is implemented for ensuring the economic operation of the system.


3. Technical Parameters

1) Overall Function of The System

    A configuration software KING set systematical configuration for operation monitoring, "a standardized template of economic operation of water injecting system" and Internet network are integrally used in the system. The system provides a friendly interface for users, and a high grade diagram. It can be used for a real-time detection and control of the picture of production data and also for running over the data diagrams and sheets of real-time or historical trend diagrams, table of energy consumption in each node and a relation diagram of economic operation standard target, and for calculating main pipeline pressure difference of pump and its efficiency diagram, diagram of efficiency of the whole station.

  • Trend Monitoring: Real-time trend reflects the changes of data at present.

  • Generation of daily production report: automatically generating production data report, such as shift report and daily report.
