1. Introduction to 2013 new high capacity sand washing machinery

Our sand washing machinery is dewatering wheel type sand washing machine. Compared with spiral type or other types of sand washing machinery, it is of high capacity and with long serving lifetime. The dewatering wheel is after our special design. There are drilled holes on the dewatering wheel, so the water and the sand could be separated after the sand is cleaned.

The other advantage of our high capacity sand washing machinery is it is of low maintenace. The reducers, bearings are properly located and protected after continual improvement based on the feedback of our customers. This ensures great economic payback from the sand mining and washing project.

This is the working site of our high capacity sand washing machinery. The raw materials are separated into three sizes, gravels, coarse sand and fine sand.

This is the main part of the sand washing machiery,i.e, the dewatering wheel which separates the sand and water after sand washing.

Three sets of conveyor belts for the gravels, coarse sand and fine sand.

The sand washing machiery could be fed by wheel loader/backhoe or excavator, all will be designed according to customers' requirements.
