Brief introduction:
The Manual Operated Grease Filling Pump of SJB-V25 series are applying grease to 10MPa, 120MPa pressure level of manual lubrication pump or small electric lubrication pump oil storage inside the filling.
To use the Manual Operated Grease Filling Pump, please follow the steps below;
Close the volume of the upper chamber of the piston becomes gradually smaller downward movement of the operating handle, the upper shutter grease along the conveying hose to the oil reservoir , the piston lower volume becomes larger, the formation of the negative pressure, to open the suction piece, the drums within grease inhalation, when the handle moves upwardly, the piston chamber forming a negative pressure on the shutter is opened, the suction piece is closed, grease into the piston chamber, when the handle downward movement again , repeat the above process again.To use the Manual Operated Grease Filling Pump, please follow the steps below;

How to use the SJB – V 25 series manually operated grease injection pump:
1.The hose should be connected to the outlet port of filling pump, and the other end should be connect to the recharge port of reservoir, the other end should be screwed onto the box cover bolts after finishing using .
2.Grease used must be clean, uniform texture, in a specified grade range, and should be cleaned regularly filter
3.The volume of reservoir should be checked always, to avoid inhalation of air mixed with fat-free oil storage.
