PPR three layer pipe making machine

PP-R three layer pipe is an extension of the traditional PP-R pipe, which isreinforced by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe. To overcome therigidity disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, qiangsheng has innovated a new sandwichstructure. The inner and out layer is normal PPR, short fiberglass is combinedin the middle to be the strengthening layer.

PPR three layer pipe making machine is madeby a co-extrusion system composed of four extruders, three of them for pipe, onefor making line, the uniquely designed spiral co-extrusion die could allocatethe fiberglass regularly in the reinforced layer and bond the three layers intoa integer. Compared with the traditional PP-R pipe, such enhanced pipecharacters higher rigidity, lower expansion and higher pressure. And because ofthe medium fiberglass layer, the pipe can save more expensive material of PP-R.
