1. CtiServer provides protocol layer application interface, and the underlayering development controls the NC soft switch platform by using TAPI, so as to achieve the aim of providing support to ACD, IVR, Record systems and agent software, and achieve interconnection between the agent and the CtiServer by NCLink by using the integrated ACD system, voice server system and FaxServer.
2. Voice server provides secondly developed IVR system, supports different database access, and integrates the third-party TTS and ASR without conducting additional development. Voice server accomplishes call recording at the same time, the server accomplishes all the recording tasks as long as the call recording characteristic of the agent is provided, and generates detailed recording data.
3. If the third-party developer needs to develop agent software and integrate phone functions, he/she can directly invoke the NCLink control module, and achieve NCLink by uisng the active template library (ATL), and can quickly accomplish development by providing DCOM access interface, VC, C# and WEB applications.
4. Call center system comprehensively supports unified communication, and achieves mail, short message, instant message, fax, and WEB access by independent application gateways, and configurates relative gateway application in accordance with final application requirements by using modular design.
