The Tektronix 284 is a Pulse Generator that offers all of thesignals required to check the rise time, vertical deflection factor, andhorizontal sweep rates of sampling oscilloscopes.

Features:
  • Pulse output of 70pS rise time.
  • Pulse width of 1µS.
  • Rep rate of approx. 50KHz Square wave output.
  • Periods of 10µS, 1µS, or 100nS.
  • Amplitude is 10mV, 100mV, or 1V into 50 ½.
  • Sine wave output periods of 10nS or 1nS.
  • Amplitude is 100mV into 50 ½.
  • Trigger output is square wave, sine wave, or pretrigger pulse output.
