Nd:YAG LASER THERAPY INSTRUMENT

The laser therapy instrument uses yttrium alumnium garnet crystal doped with neodymium (Nd:YAG) as working material, and makes use of advanced Q-switch and the frequency upper-trnsformation technology. The opto-electronic Q-switch is similar to a high-speed gate which can release the laser energy within an extremely short time interval( ≈10 nano-seconds), and form a so-called huge pulse with very high power density. When the laser huge pulse is absorbed by the pigmented organisation or chromatophore, the reaction will transform the energy into a local shock wave and breaks up the pigmented organisation into pieces. This is the so-called “blasting effect” of laser. These pieces will be bring out of the body by the phagocytes in the followed inflammation.
