Gas manifolds are designed to supply the pipeline system with sufficient quantity of gas by cylinders and/or tanks. The typical manifold for medical gases (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2 or medical air) according to EN ISO 7396-1 or HTM 02-01 usually consists of a two-sided cylinder supply with automatic changeover between the empty and full side. Integrated display and Alarm: All information about manifold status (pressure level of each source, line pressure level) and warnings are monitored pressure meters, lighting and bell alarms;
Eesy handling: The special conical shape of cylinder connection and handle fixed on all connecting points allows all empty cylinders to be changed without tools;
Easy maintenance: Filters and other disposable components areeasily accessible, so regular service can be carried out in a very short time.
Universal compatibility: Valves for cylinder connections are available in all standards for high-pressure equipment in use around the world.
Uninterrupted flow: Double line-pressure regulators and NIST inlets make it possible for pipelines to be supplied with the required quantity of gas even during maintenance or service of any component of a manifold.
Safety by design: Special safety valves are installed for each source of high pressure, as well as a separate safety valve for line pressure.
