Whenit starts working, theused oil will be poured into the heater to heat underthe vacuum pressure, thenthe heated oil enter into the primary filter whichwill eliminate the bigimpurities, then the oil enter into the vacuumseparator, the oil will flow thespecial radiation device, which make theunit/volume oil to produce a largesurface area, lets the pollution oilexposure in the low humidity atmosphere,thus the water, air and gas can beeliminated. The treated vapor and gas formthe gaseousmixture becomes the liquid through the water tank and the chillercondensation,then the liquid enters water receiver together, the vacuum extractsthe surplusgas.
The oil which is drainedaway water flow into precision strainer where can exhaustparticulates (oilpurification). According the quantity of the water content, awhole purificationneeds many times circulation to drain away thewater.
Generally,hydraulic oil isto be maintained at very high quality of Purification. The Oiloften having largesizes of particles is passed through coarse type filter, totrap the large sizedparticles. Having taken care of micronic and sub-micronicparticles, it isfurther finely cleaned by electro-statically, operatedhydraulic oil cleaner& brought to the international standards.
Theoil restoration machineis used for purifying the various types of turbine andhydraulic oil used in themachines of the power plant viz Turbine, Generatorsetc.
