Enameled rectangular aluminium wire is a type of winding wire made by electric round aluminum rod which drawn or extruded by dies with special size, then over coated with enamel repetitiously. Mainly be used in winding of transformer\electromotor\generator and various electric devices.

Materials:

Soft aluminum used for enameled rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.3-85, the resistivity is not more than 0.0280Ω·mm2/m at 20°.
According to different electric insulation requirement to select Grade 1 enamel 0.08-0.11mm or Grade 2 enamel 0.12-0.16mm. Generally, epoxy resin increase of epoxy enameled rectangular wire is about 0.03-0.05mm.Our company adopts medium wearing instrument(tgδ) to filter enameling technics, makes enamel solidify more perfect. If special enamel thickness required or use other types enameled wire, please contact with us.
