Ceiling type air coolers are cooling equipment that are equipped with refrigerating units. Based on different cold room temperatures, D series air cooling machine are divided into DL, DD, DJ series. They are widely used in the fresh food preservation industry, cold storage room and blast freeze equipment.
Product Feature
1. The air coolers are equipped with a high performance coil, with tubes in a staggered arrangement of the copper tubes across self spaced fins, the accurate link between tubes and fins as well as the use of corrugated fins allow our finned coils to reach high performance.
2. Painted fan guards are made of zinc plated steel wire and support a water tight terminal box where the fans' motors are wired and the fan can make the temperature of cold room lower down quickly.
3. Three-phase motor (380-415V @ 50Hz), Grade B insulation class, IP44 protection class, built-in thermal protection device, and a waterproof junction box.
4. The diameter of fan whether 300mm or 450mm depends on models, and they are equipped with external rotor three-phase motors specified for unit cooler(380-415V@50Hz) with class B insulation, grade IP44 protection, thermal protection device.
Working Principle
Ceiling type air cooler rely on the axial flow fan to make air inside the cold storage recycled through evaporator, cooling the air by heat exchange in the evaporator to lower temperature.
