Marking line extruder: use to extrude a mark line on pipes
Die head: specially structured spiral accumulator-type die head surmounts stress orientation of polymer chain during pipe forming and achieve smooth-pressure extruding, and makes the good physical and chemical properties of raw material be copied into the pipe, meanwhile the stability of the extruding pressure is the strong guarantee for high-speed manufacturing.
Vacuum calibration tank: vacuum calibrating mandrel adopts our own proprietary's mult-sheet water immersion calibrating mandrel (invention patents, practical new patents), realized the cooling calibrating evenly and effectively for plastic pipe, ensuring high speed production of the pipe.
Sparying water tank: Water flowmeter cooling device is displayed to allow control of die temperatures and monitor temperature records. A specially designed die clamp frame allows vertical and horizontal adjustment to accept molds of all sizes
Printer: This device adopts stainless steel case and closed keyboard which make the whole machine water proof and dust proof. There is Clock system inside the device which can make the date and time printing in real time.
Haul-off machine: high speed flat belt pulling machine with multi-group roll wheel is specially designed for high speed pipe production, which can ensure the stable running during the production no matter at high or low speed.
Cutting machine: The cutting machine is a part of plastic pipe extrusion line,used for cutting the plastic pipes. It is mainly used in cutting plastic pipes like PVC/UPVC pipes, HDPE/PP/PPR pipes
Tilter: we can produce it according to the customer's requirements.
Crusher: General operation adopted with airtight sealed bearing to allow long hours rotation; well designed cutter blades, to ensure the balance of pellets sizes after being crushed; cutter base with special heat treatments, elegant in appearance
