Electrical polymerization ovens

The polymerization of the powder coating applied on the part can be done by heating it in a electrical polymerization oven.
The conveyorized part will be adequately heated to the used powder's thermal condition and will be maintained at the polymerization temperature until the end of the manufacturing cycle.
The electrical resistances control is made through the powder coating polymerization diagram
and for a maximum performance in the shortest time.
The polymerization time and temperature are set up for each type of powder coating and are controlled by the oven's thermoregulator and timer.
The shown oven is manual, stationary, with two doors, runned manually or mechanically.
The inner dimensions of the oven can be made on command from our customers, but the most used ones are:
Inner length = 3.000 mm;
Inner width = 1.100 mm;
Inner height = 2.000 mm.
