PE carbon spiral pipe extrusion machine is equipped with polyolefin single screw extruder with high-speed extrusion and high-effective plasticizing. Production pipe range: 50-200mm; production speed: up to 0.6-1.5 m / min. Standard pipe head, spiral shunting body and large flowing space ensure sufficient residence time to melt in a low temperature. The entrance of copper spiral sizing sleeve has pre-cooling device and powerful vacuum suction device, which is suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe.
