EVA film for solar cell encapsulation:

EVA film is based on the basic material EVA resin (ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer resin), by adding a variety of modified additives, through melt extrusion, then become the thermosetting film. It is not sticky in normal temperature and easy to operate. By heating laminating, it produces crosslinking curing reaction and bonding enhanced reaction which tightly bonding the silicon chip, glass, TPT multilayer material material together then becomes the solar cell panel. In actual outdoor application, its service life can reach 30 years. A large number of applications of the solar panels well-proved that EVA film is the optimum cost and irreplaceable solar cell packaging material.

The main characteristics of EVA film follows:

1. Special productive technology, high efficiency and fast reaction reduce the thermal contraction of film.

2. Good and stable adhesion avoid EVA film turning to be yellow under the bad environment like strong lights, hot humid.

3. High light transmission rate improves the visible light transmission and ensures the power conversion rate of solar cell.

4. Role with the absorption of UV low permeability in ultraviolet region, improve the product from ultraviolet aging resistance.

5. The outstanding weather resistance (bears UV, bears damp hot also low temperature), satisfies the outdoor long-term operation requirements.

6. High insulation resistance, each square meter volume resistance can reach to 600 megohms.

7. The high melt strength and the outstanding viscoelasticity can reduce the harm effectively that the lamination pressure to the battery piece.

8. Excellent shrinkage ratio could effectively decrease the constriction caused by heat.

9. Special surface treatment benefits to vacuum out the air, avoid the hidden trouble of air bubble and ensure the cell isolated from air.

10. Special production technology ensures the steady of products and adaptiong to various operation of laminating machine.

Storage way

The products should be stored indoor with the temperature controlled between 0°C-30°C and relative humidity below 80%. Direct light ray shall be avoided. Don't close to the heating equipment and don't expose in the dust.

The products should used up as possible after the package box is opened. Otherwise, the rest should be properly sealed with original package or similar package.

Storage period: Storage period should not exceed 3 months. It is advisable to use up all products with three months after manufacturing date.
