to give a compact, soft and smooth finish

3) Inner lining:
a) 100% black cotton
b) Unit weight: 140gsm
4) Shrinkage: 3%
5) Water repellency:
a) Treated with water repellent agent
b) The finished shell has a spray rating of not less than 70 when
tested according to the test specification
c) The chemicals used are safe and cause no allergy of incitation
to the eye and skin
6) Mothproof: the mothproofing treatment is safe and cause no allergy
of incitation to the eye and skin
