Perlite fire board is maily made of perlite grains which has been expanded rapidly through high temperature. Meanwhile glassfibre and some inorganic adhesives are added to strengthen its density and fire protection. The board is produced through computer machines with latest industrial technology and advanced production equipment. High temperature, pressure and necessary maintenance are great help to its high quality.
Fireproof door core board is a new advanced fireproof board.Making mainly of lightweight fire-retardant materials and peculiar composite additives through a special production process.Well known as cross-century green building materials, the burning behaviour can get A1 level of GB/T5464-1999,GB/T14402-2007,GB8624-2006. Smoke behaviour is classified as non-toxic AQ1(safe rate) in acordance with GB/T 20285-2006.It is non hazardous, light, fireproof ,heat insulation,preservation and easy-installation.
