GF series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing PVC pipes like agricultural water supply and drainage pipe, construction water supply and drainage pipe, cable laying pipes, with various diameters and wall thickness.The line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off, cutting machine, stacker or belling machine. Screw extruder and haul-off adopts AC frequency control devices. Vacuum pump and haul-off motors are high quality products. Haul-off machine has two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw haul-off methods.The cutting machine has saw blade cutting and planetary cutting, Additionally, it has length counter and thickening device.The line has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
