ENG USING INSTRUCTION
1.Place the sharpener on the platform, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife.
2.To sharpen knife, insert knife blade into the sharpening slot, pull at a suitable force for three to five times.
3.To sharpen hooks, insert in groove of stone on side of sharpener, pull the hooks for three to five times.
4.Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use; clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.
