1. Brief introduction of Spiral Classifier / Classifier Machine
Spiral Classifier is widely used to control material size from Ball Mill in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. This machine has features of simple structure, reliable and convenient operation, etc.
Applicable scope of spiral classifier:
- Form a closed circulation with the ball grinder for ore-sand separation in the ore separation plant;
- Classify ore sand and fine sludge in gravity ore separation plant;
- Classify the ore pulp according to granularity during the metal ore separation process;
- Remove sludge/water at the ore separation process.

Our spiral classifiers have the advantages of simple structure, reliable working and easy operation. The seat of the machine adopts channel steel and body adopts armor plate and the spiral axle adopts cast iron, so it's durable. The lifting device has two types, by electricity and hand.

3. Working Principle of Spiral Classifier / Classifier Machine
Spiral classifier is a kind of classifying machine that classifies big and small mineral granules. It works according to the fact that different granules (with various sizes and weight) sink at different speeds in liquids. It can filter powders grinded from mill and rotate the coarse materials to the feeding hole of the mill and discharge filtered fine materials though the overflow pipe. The chassis of this spiral classifier is made of channel steel and the main machine is welded by armor plate. The water inlet and the shaft head come with cast iron sleeves, which are robust and abrasion resistant. Both manual-operated and automatic hoisting devices are available.
