Explosion-proof ball mill is indispensable ball mill equipment for flammable and explosive substances production. It has characteristics such as strong adaptability to raw material, large production capacity, good sealing, preventing dust outside leakage and can continuous operation, easy to adjust the final fineness and so on.
Explosion-proof ball mill working principle:
High pressure air put the ingredients into the low speed rotating cylinder, the grinding materials and steel ball roll together, and for the material to produce rolling, grinding, the fine powder to a certain degree discharged from the output by wind power, the powder which can not reach the fineness from feed tube flowing back to the inlet hollow shaft into mill for grinding again. Apply to aluminum, magnesium powder, sulfur, and so easy explosive raw material of grinding. Using sealing feeding, compressed air transportation and nitrogen protection,can effectively prevent material accidents in grinding in operation.
