1. Structural features of three cylinder dryer
The thermal efficiency of double-canister is high, and energy-saving effect is obvious. Thermal efficiency exceeds 50% of traditional single canister dryer via test, coal saving is obvious after using it.
The principle of dryer is scientific, rational, high efficient and energy-saving. The thermal exchange of material in the form of thermal current radiation, convection and conduct in inner canister, while in outer canister, the thermal exchange in the form of conduct and convection.
The length is less than before, which is good for technical layout, the entire length is shorter than single-canister dryer about 50%, so which retrench the workshop floor area and project investment, and is more applicable for technical transformation of old workshop.
The equipment adopts downstream drying technology of material and thermal air current, has wide applicable scope, which is useful for drying of clay, coal, slag and iron powder and kinds of raw material, also for bulk material in chemical industry and metallurgy industry and etc.
Its entire structure is compact and horizontal layout, and adopts supporting wheel transmission instead of big and small gear transmission, which is convenient for installation, simple for operation, reliable for running and has higher running rate.
Its outer surface area is smaller than single-canister rotating dryer about 50%, and the outer canister can keep thermal insulation for inner canister, the temperature of outer canister is low and the thermal loss is small, the working environment and condition is improved while it saves energy.
Kinds of tossing plate and the combining of angle and gammadia tossing plate make the exchange of material and heat gas more fully, so reduce the generation of wind tunnel in canister of dryer.
