Friction Welding Drill Pipe Main feature:
1,Friction welding drill pipe and joints can be produced according to API5D Standards, as well as customer's requirement.
2,Drill pipe has different steel grades of DZ50, R780, G105, S135 among them DZ50, R780, steel grade are produced based on company's standard of Q/01STB01-2007.
Joint material has 35CrMo, 4137H and so on.
3,Thread was coated with copper or phosphate with the advantage of perfect anti-sticking tendencies.

4. Reduce the torque of drilling string
5. Good weldablity with little splash and good rewelding preformance
