1. This 5 gallon filling machinery is fully automatic, composed of rinsing part, filling part, pneumatic part and capping part.

2. It is fit for filling 3 & 5 gallon barrel with pure water, mineral water, etc.

3. It could be customized according to customers’ request, including size, heads and production capacity.

4. It is made of high quality stainless steel 304, make it anti-rust, good look and easy cleaning.

5. The bottle washer can carry out multiple injections of washing to sterilize the bottles.

6. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.
