Working Principle
Materials are firstly crushed by jaw crusher, then transferred to grinding area by electromagnetic feeder through the elevator and lifted by the shovel to the sand belt formed by grinding roll and grinding ring. High-pressure springs are installed in the grinding device, helping improve rolling ability between grinding roll and ring by 1.2 times, reducing the swing frequency of grinding device, increasing stability and working efficiency of the mill at the same time. The grinded particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification. The particles with required fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a cyclone collector for separation and discharge while the unqualified returns to the main machine for a new grinding together with the air flow back to the blower. During the course of grinding, certain air flow circulates inside the machine through the pipe while the moisture of materials envaporates to the air return pipe and is purified by the cloth collector or pulse collector and finally discharged from the outlet.
