Description
Palletizer is suitable for palletizing of carton, plastic crate, shrink wrapped pack and five gallon bottle etc. It consists of case feed, marshalling station, pusher, pallet feeding etc. Optional interlayer adding device keeps the layer more stable, it can be designed for different palletizing requirements with capacity ranging from 24000 to 72000BPH.

1.1Main frame:
The main components of the machine, equipped with moving cart, balance weight inside the column
1.2Lifting device:
Driven by the main motor, can be up and down. Pack will be palletized from a low level to a high level, which completed by this lifting device, Motion positioning completed by sensor.
1.3Pack stopper:
Pack stopper achieved by cylinder, it stops the pack while lifting down, the moving cart returned.
1.4Moving cart:
The moving cart installed on the lifting guide rail, driven by the motor and can move forward and back, to move the pack to the palletizing position.
1.5Pack conveyor:
Pack will be conveyed on this device, single-row arranged horizontally. Pack rotator and pack stopper installed on it, Pack rotator can rotate the pack 90°, pack stopper stop the pack at the right position.
