Empty bottle inspection system (EBI) is mainly applied in the beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and other glass bottle filling plant, bottle factory. It can comprehensively inspect the glass bottle appearance, crack, residual water, dirt, mildew and so on, to ensure the quality of filling.

Bottle bottom inspection

Bottle sidewall inspection

  2. Acquiring images with high frame frequency CCD camera, making acquisitions high quality at a high speed
  3. High resolution image processing systems guarantee credibility and high precision analyses Inspecting precision: damage≥3x3mm, foreign objects≥5X5mm, contamination≥5x5mm, crack≥3mm

 

 

Residual Liquid inspection
