Dipping type cake plate pretreatment production line
This is a conventional pre-treatment where in the plant cost is less and issuitable for low volume production lines. The chemicals are stored inthe MS/SS fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets orcages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period oftime. The movement of the basket or cage can be either manual; with amonorail and hoist or automatic with a transporter system.
Immersethe treated workpiece in surface treatment tank filled with liquid,acertain period of time of chemical reaction and cleaning will finishdegreasing, rust, phosphating, passivation,washing processes and etc.

Accordingto liquid's chemical properties and user's habits,the overflow mouth, pollution point and sewage outfall can be determined.
Heating System: Energy method: electricity, steam, natural gas, diesel, etc.

Heat Preservation System Thickness: Determine the thickness of insulation layer according to temperature.
Material: rock wool, aluminum silicate cotton.
Ventilation System: Determine the ventilation system,acording to liquid's chemical properties, customer requirements.

Liquid Agitating System: Mechanical agitation, air agitation, circular agitating at the outside of tank.
