RSiC material is made of a select gradeand high-purity silicon carbide powder without any additive composition,consolidated by vacuum induction sintering furnace at temperature 2450c. Thismaterial is with high antioxidant ability, low mass and high temperaturestrength, long life, size stability, load-bearing ability under high temperatureand good energy-saving effects, many products such as rollers, beams, plates,temperature-measuring pipes, nozzles for burners, cooling air pipes and othershaped structural parts can be made from it, which are widely used in Rollerkiln, Tunnel kiln, Shuttle kiln & Bell kiln for ceramics, electricporcelain, metallurgy industries etc.
