Structural Features:

MG series product is a type of centrifugal pump with both horizontal type and single shell structure, which uses special clamp to clamping the pump body and pump cover. The pump press out outlet direction can be fixed in any position of 360°. Easy and convenient installation and operation. The bearing assembly use drum type structure, which easily for adjusting the gap between the impeller and pump body, and it can be dismantled when the maintenance required. The bearing is lubricated by grease.  

MOC( Material of Composition) Features:

Single shell structure ( without liner plate), the pump body, pump cover and impeller all be manufactured by high hardness and wearable high chromium alloy material.

Gravel Pump Application:

Wide pump flowing channel, good cavitation performance , high efficiency, wear and corrosion resistance. This series of pump mainly applied for continuos pumping high abrasive and erosive and big particle size materials those the normal slurry pump can not do. Also suitable for conveying dredging, pumping gravel, river dredging, in-stream sand mining and metal smelting slags, and etc.

Packing seal, Associated-Impeller sealing, Mechanical seal.

Drive Type:

V-belt driving, Elastic coupling drive, Gear reduction box drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive device, thyristor speed control and etc. It use multi-speed and multi-variation ways to make the pump working under the best conditions and environment.
