Taizhou Kindeal paper is a professional and leading paper factory established in2005 ,star since 1997 year specialist in produce raw material for paper cup, include pe paper coating, paper cup fan printed. Our factory located in Taizhou city Zhejiang

province, have about 100 employees, 20000 square meters area. We can achieve 50,000 tons pe coated

paper annually with making the paper cup raw material from the Coating process, design, board, printing, die-cutting, wastage-cleaning, packaging, logistics, a complete production chain for our customers.

We has 4 lines of pe coating machine, two lines can do both single pe coating and double pe coating with at max 1.3meters length of pe laminated paper for paper cups. Another two lines of pe coating machine at max can do 1.6meters PE coating paper.

Four PE lamination machines all control by automatic man-machine interface operation, precise calculation of extrusion thickness automatically by a computer.

3.Virgin paper as raw material with high content of Hardwood pulp.

The Hardwood pulp content is higher than common paper on market ensured high stiffness and folding strength of single pe coated paper. This also can reduce failure rate of paper cups for paper cups forming.

Production Procedure

	1. raw material for paper cupUploading raw material paper on PE coating machine. PE melted in high temperature machine then evenly coating on raw material paper surface.
	2. raw material for paper cup in roll packing  First, using craft paper pack around the pe coated paper; secondly used automatic packing machine wrapping plastics outside of paper.
	3. raw material for paper cup in sheet packing 200~300sheets of pe coated paper is wrapped by craft paper into a small pack, then putting several packs on wooden pallet to 1.1m height. Afterwards, Plastic will wrap these tightly. For other special packing requirement, please tell us.
	4. Flexo printing The single pe coated paper for cups printing is controlled by human-interactive programs to insure high quality of printed performance. Paper is printed one roll by one roll. Its fastest printing speed can arrived at 130m/minute. The ink used for paper cup printing is all food grade ink.
	5. packing for preprint single pe coated paper for cups After printing on paper roll, we will cut paper into fan shape by automatic die cutting machine. then we cleaning the wastage, pick the paper cup fan out from sheet, put into cartons.

Food grade Cupstock paperboard is widely used in hot drink paper cup,such as hot coffee paper cups, tea cups, milk cups, water cups, dry food cups, french fries cups.
