Description:
 

  1. Adopts horizontally placed crankshaft.
  2. Square figure long guide with six friction faces makes abrasion resistant and punching precision.
  3. Rigid rotated bond clutch.
  4. Manual shut height adjustment with scale display.
  5. The type with “A” equipped with emergency stop device, which could make the slide stop at 0°~135° area and equipped with light curtain protector as well.
  6. The type with “D” adopts dual rotated bond structure to overcome rebound of punching effectively.
  7. JC21-160 equipped with pneumatic clutch to make slide stop at any position.
  8. Hydraulic overload protector has sensitive response and reliable motion, which can protect the die when overloading.
  9. Combined pneumatic clutch and brake are made of friction material, which means long service life.
  10. Closed gear-driven, dipped in lube, which drives stably with low noise.
  11. Slide with counter balancer, which will eliminate the clearance and improve the stability and precision.
