Description:

 

STACKER CRANE CONTROL SYSTEM

Working Principle

The SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER and other electrical components of international well-known brands  are used to complete all the actions of the stacker crane. Stacker crane control program uses the SIEMENS STEP7 programming language. The host computer carries out two-way communication and real time monitoring with stacker crane through the communication device, sending work instruction and receiving stacker crane various state information, monitoring the operation condition.

 

Control Mode:

Stacker crane work includes four kinds of control modes ---repair, manual, automatic and on-line automatic machine.

Repair Mode:

Operator boarding, through the HMI touch screen operation menu, directly control the stacker’s stretching, advancing and retreating, lifting or forking. While the stacker crane’s working state is to stop mode (similar to move), which runs or stops, high or low speed switching is completely controlled by the operator. The model is generally used in equipment debugging or repair time.

Manual Mode:

Operator boarding, through the HMI touch screen operation menu, directly control of stacker crane stretching exercise, advance and retreat, lifting or fork. While the stacker working state is semi- automatic mode. That is the direction of three-dimensional movement by artificial promoter, and will automatically align and stop. The model is generally used in equipment debugging or general fault condition, the artificer access random to operation.

Single Automatic Mode:

Operators in front of stacker crane operation panel (or sitting on the ground plate if there is a ground operation station ), through the HMI touch screen operation menu, input operation command (a plurality of operation command can be input), stacker automatically finish and return to in situ and wait for the next batch of instruction.

Online Mode:

Stacker crane accept the computer operation instruction sent by the communicator, to complete a task automatically, and wait for the next operation command. Operation process and completion feedback to the host computer in real time.

Positioning Mode:

Stacker crane in horizontal and vertical direction generally use shading photoelectric detection. Now warehouses employ more advanced rotary encoder, the laser range finder or bar code tape and scanning to achieve closed-loop speed control and accurate position. Telescopic fork direction uses the proximity switch location.
