- Fields for Zenmai locates in North and South. North fields are in Heilongjiang province, as well as South fields are in Anhui and Hubei province. For the crop season, North and South areas are different. Usually speaking, South starts to process earlier, from the end of March to the middle of April. North start from the middle of April and lasts to the end of May.
- The varieties for Zenmai are Northern first grade, Southern first grade and Southern superfine. Due to the increasing of demand, the requirement for quality is increasing accordingly. Artificial cultivation appears. Our package is vacuum and mainly exporting to Japan. The total amount is 300mt each year.
