WEAR BUSHING,BACK PRESSURE VALVE, TEST PLUG, VR PLUG REMOVE AND RUNNING TOOLS

The BPV is installed or uninstalled under pressure on the tubing hanger by the BPV running / retrieving tool and wrench operation in order to change Christmas without killing the well or close the safety valve under the well.
Test plug is located on the landing shoulder of the casing head and the casing spool, and it is an important accessory to test casing head, casing spool and BOP seal performance through the drill stem.
In additional, it is used for bringing into and taking out the anti-corrosion sleeve. The operation is safe and reliable.
The bull plug is used for protecting the pressure out and for convenient to exchange to assemble others parts.
The anti-corrosion sleeve is mainly used to avoid damaging the casing head and seal surface of the inner wall of casing spool during drilling process, and is mounted and recycled through the running tool.
It is generally pressure-balanced manual hydraulic tool designed for safe and reliable operations in the installation and removal of valve removal plugs, in order to install or replaces a well-head outlet valve under pressure conditions.
This tool is also designed to accommodate 2-1/16", 2-9/16", 3-1/8" Valve up to 10000PSI WP. Adapter may be provided for use with 1-13/16", 2-1/16", 2-9/16", 3-1/8" flanged valves and threaded end valves. Various sizes of valve removal plug sockets are also provided for the respective sizes of plugs.
