Juice Beverage Processing Machine  composes washing,tea filling and capping in one unit .The machine is automatically applied to fill the tea in the PET bottle.this machine is made up by high quality SUS304 material,the main parts is used numerical control machine precision finishing.The main machine is used developed electric light to exam the working condition of all parts with high automatically filling an capping all bottles and human computer interface operation screen .

 

 

Features:


1. The washing, filling and capping 3 kinds of jobs will be finished just by this one machine.

2. It is very convenient to change sizes of bottles by means of advanced bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology

3. It is equipped with temperature control system, the filling temperature can be set. When the supplied material temperature is higher of lower than the set one, it will auto stop. When the material temperature is lower than the set one, the material will be conveyed to the circulate system to treat it again to ensure the set temperature in filling.

4. Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine.

5. Working speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion device.

6. Main electronic components are all from famous international enterprises

7. The liquid level is correct and the filling characteristics are steady.
