The profile and application fields:
The main material of boiler plate is high-quality structural steel and low alloy heat-resistant steel, boiler steel which used most is open-hearth smelting low-carbon Z steel or electric furnace smelting of low carbon steel, which the carbon content (Wc ) is in the range of 0.16% to 0.26%. Because the boiler plate works under the high pressure status in the medium temperature (below 350 DHS C), in addition to the high pressure, it also subjected to still hit, fatigue load, water and gas corrosion, then the requirements on the performance of the boiler steel are mainly good welding, cold bending performance and high temperature strength and alkali resistance corrosion, resistance to oxidation and so on.
The boiler steel plate is mainly used to make superheater, the main steam pipe and hot rolling of plate material in boiler room of fire heating surface, petroleum, chemical industry, power plant, boiler etc, used to manufacture equipment and components in the reactor, heat exchanger, separator, spherical tank, YouQiGuan, liquefied gas, nuclear reactor pressure vessel, boiler drum, liquefied petroleum gas, hydropower station, high pressure pipes and spiral case.
