Silicone Rubber Braided Sleeves
Description
There are two types of silicone rubber glass fiber sleeves available from Volsun Electronics, i.e.
Type A Inner fiberglass outside braided silicone rubber_coating the outside tightly braided fiberglass sleeves all over with silicone resin to form a layer of film and solidify it in high temperature.
Type B Inner silicone rubber outside fiber glass braided—tightly braiding the inner silicone rubber tubing with fiber glass sleeves.
Type A is made in accordance with coated electronic insulating sleeves requirements specified in CAN/CSA C22.2, ANS as well as NFPA electrical code chapter 1.4 so that this product performs reliably in high temperature environment. And performance after long-term ageing is tested strictly according to the methods specified in UL 746B or the 0.17th chapter of NFPA electrical code. This product provides reliable insulation and protection for inside wire harness of H&N automobiles, ship building, electrical machinery, home appliances, electro-heat installations, special lamps and lanterms, TV and electronic instruments.
Type B is typically used for conveying high temperature and pressure liquids or used on instruments or equipment where flexibility, abrasion resistance, mechanical protection and insulation are important and is often used to convey high temperature and high pressure liquids.
