Description:

Gold and silver are constant popular colors, also are special metallic colors, they could be reflective. Dyes can not be controlled in the flow process when production, therefore it's a big challenge for the injection molding process, most of the factories produce silver and gold chair by using surface coating, but the coating film will be scratched easily which we do not recommend.

Pls note that, Many factories used the old material to produce deep colored unpainted chairs for reduce the cost,then spray the gold or silver paint on the surfact of chair. So the quality is very poor.
We choose special dyes to produce gold and silver chair, we mix dyes and PC materials together then produce while not use surface coating.although it's reflective and has lines like silk, but a lot of customers like them because of their beautiful appearance. The most important thing is they won't be scratched.Also Haidong Promise: the raw material is the same between clear chair and colored chairs, the difference is the coloring matter.

Our factory uses a specific process which controls and minimizes the gas bubbles making the chair frame clear and elegant while maintaining the reliability of the chair structure. Bascally, the more random the bubbles, the weaker the chair frame will be.

With cheaply manufactured Resin Chiavari chairs from other companies, you will often find inconsisten coloring with intensely random gas bubbles in the resin material. This can ruin the look of the chair as well as compromise the structural integrity of the chair.
